Cancellations & Refunds
We strive to meet our commitments in terms of service and in case of failure to do so, we will work with customers on a case-to-case basis on refunds.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- Customer can cancel the order at any time before the shipment has been handed over to the courier agency which typically is within 24 hours of handing over the shipment at our authorized locations
- Once the shipment has been handed over to the service provider, cancellations cannot be entertained.
Our Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be entertained only when there is damage to the shipment and/or there are delays in the delivery of the shipment that is within our control.
- Refunds for damaged shipments will be entertained if the packing was done by Nexgen Logistics Pvt Ltd.
- Pooja mandirs and other delicate items being shipped are not liable for any refunds as the customer needs to take full responsibility of that package
- Refunds will not be entertained for shipments that the consignee has signed a damage indemnity form relieving any claims on Nexgen Logistics Pvt Ltd.
- Refunds will not be entertained when delivery delays arise due to Force-de-majeure.

For assessing the refund amount we would need you to submit the following within 3 business days from the receipt of the shipment by the consignee
- Legible pictures of the package that depicts the extent of the damage.
- Legible pictures of the contents that got damaged
- The items claimed need to be on the packaging list that was submitted along with the shipment
- The maximum amount for refund will be limited to the sum of shipping cost plus the value of the declared items that got damaged
- Refunds will be initiated after we receive a confirmation from the investigative team and receive their positive feedback that there was no discrepancy in the booking information and that the cancellation was genuine. The refund will be initiated after deducting the cancellation charges and paid back via customer wallet balance in form of credit note, or into their credit card account or directly to Customer bank account within 7 working days.
